Abstract:

目的:探讨掺锶10%的透钙磷石骨水泥修复下颌牙槽骨缺损的效果。方法:家兔27只,随机分成3组:透钙磷石骨水泥组(DCPD组)、掺锶10%透钙磷石骨水泥组(掺锶10%组)及空白组,每组9只。3组家兔双侧下颌牙槽骨均制备骨缺损,然后DCPD和掺锶10%组分别植入透钙磷石骨水泥和掺锶10%透钙磷石骨水泥,空白组缺损处不植入任何材料。于第4、8、12周时观察离体标本、CBCT结果,免疫组化法测定组织切片中b-FGF的表达。结果:CBCT显示掺锶10%组和DCPD组缺损区均完全修复,掺锶10%组早于DCPD组,空白对照组缺损区未修复。4周时掺锶10%组b-FGF的表达高于DCPD组(P<0.05)。结论:掺锶10%透钙磷石骨水泥可促进软骨形成和骨化过程,可用于修复下颌牙槽骨的缺损。
Aim: To evaluate the ability of repairing bone defect with 10% strontium-containing brushite bone cement(DCPD).Methods: Twenty-seven female rabbits were randomly allocated into three groups(n=9):DCPD group, doped 10% DCPD group(10% strontium), blank control group. Rabbits were defected in bilateral mandibular and implanted corresponding materials except the blank control group. The conditions of detached tissue, CBCT and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor in biopsy tissue were investigated and recorded respectively in the fourth, eighth, and twelfth week.Results: CBCT indicated that defected parts of the two experimental groups were completely repaired, while the blank control group was not. The expression and distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor in the osseous tissue in 10% strontium group was much higher than the DCPD group in the fourth week(P<0.05).Conclusion: 10% DCPD may be helpful to promote cartilage formation and ossification process, which is supposed to be applied in bone-defect repair
