胃癌患者癌组织膜联蛋白A2的表达与血清膜联蛋白A2及癌胚抗原水平测定
Detection of expression of ANXA2 in gastric cancer tissue and serum ANXA2 and CEA levels

目的：检测胃癌患者癌组织中膜联蛋白A2(ANXA2)的表达和血清ANXA2及癌胚抗原（CEA）水平，并分析其临床意义。方法：选取胃癌患者65例（淋巴结阴性16例、淋巴结阳性不伴远处转移40例、淋巴结阳性伴远处转移9例）为观察组，同时选取50名健康体检者为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测观察组患者癌及癌旁组织中ANXA2的表达。取观察组患者术前1 d、术后1个月及对照组血清，采用ELISA法检测ANXA2水平，采用电化学发光法检测血清CEA水平。结果：观察组患者癌组织中ANXA2的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织（P<0.001）；淋巴结阳性不伴远处转移者、淋巴结阳性伴远处转移者癌组织中ANXA2的阳性表达率高于淋巴结阴性者（P<0.017）。观察组术前血清ANXA2、CEA水平高于对照组，观察组中淋巴结阳性伴远处转移者血清CEA水平最高（P<0.05）；术后1个月观察组血清ANXA2、CEA水平较术前降低，与对照组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组癌组织中ANXA2的阳性表达率与术前血清ANXA2水平呈正相关，术前血清ANXA2与CEA水平也呈正相关（rS=0.407和0.537，P均<0.001）。结论：联合检测血清ANXA2与CEA对胃癌的病情评估有重要意义。
Aim: To test the expression of ANXA2 in gastric cancer tissue and ANXA2 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in serum from patients with gastric cancer.Methods: A total of 65 cases of gastric cancer were recruited as observation group(16 with negative lymph nodes, 40 with positive lymph nodes but without distant metastasis, 9 with positive lymph nodes and distant metastasis), and 50 normal healthy individuals, as control group.Immunohistochemical SP technique was performed to detect the expression of ANXA2 in gastric cancer and normal mucosa tissue.The serum of the observation group was prepared before and after operation, the level of ANXA2 was tested by ELISA, and the level of CEA was tested with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.Results: The positive expression rate of ANXA2 was higher in gastric cancer tissue than that in normal mucosa tissue（P＜0.001）, and the expression of ANXA2 in the patients with positive lymph nodes and distant metastasis and the patients with positive lymph nodes but without distant metastasis was higher than that of patients with negative lymph nodes（P<0.017）. The levels of preoperative ANXA2 and CEA in serum of observation group were higher than those of control group, and the highest serum CEA level was found in positive lymph nodes with distant metastasis patients(P<0.05). After operation, the levels of serum ANXA2 and CEA of observation group decreased significantly,which had no significant difference with control group(P>0.05). Positive correlation was found between the expression of ANXA2 in tumor tissue and serum level of ANXA2 in observation group(rS=0.407,P<0.001). Positive correlation was found between serum ANXA2 and CEA(rS=0.537,P<0.001).Conclusion: It′s of important significance by testing serum ANXA2 combined with CEA for evaluating the gastric cancer patients′ condition
