不同严重程度冠心病患者外周血Treg和Th17细胞的测定
Detection of Treg and Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with different severity of coronary heart disease

目的:比较不同严重程度冠心病患者外周血中Treg和Th17细胞及其比值的差异。方法:61例冠心病患者纳入研究:轻度冠心病患者13例,无冠状动脉粥样硬化进展患者15例,进行性冠状动脉粥样硬化患者15例,严重冠心病患者18例。采用流式细胞术检测外周血中Treg、Th17细胞,ELISA法检测外周血中TGF-β、IL-10与IL-17的水平。结果:4组患者外周血中Treg和Th17细胞、Treg/Th17细胞比值以及血清IL-10、IL-17水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。严重冠心病患者Treg细胞和Treg/Th17比值降低,Th17细胞升高,血清IL-10水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的严重程度与Treg/Th17比值可能有关。
Aim: To compare the difference of the percentages of Treg cells, Th17 cells and their ratio in the peripheral blood of patients with different severity of coronary atherosclerosis.Methods: A total of 61 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study, 13 patients with mild coronary atherosclerosis, 15 patients with no progression coronary atherosclerosis, 15 patients with progressive coronary atherosclerosis, and 18 patients with severe coronary atherosclerosis. Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of Treg cells and Th17 cells in peripheral blood, and the levels of TGF-β, IL-10 and IL-17 in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA.Results: Treg cells and Th17 cells percentage, Treg/Th17 ratio in peripheral blood,serum levels of IL-10 and IL-17 among different groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Treg cells percentage,Treg/Th17 ratio and serum level of IL-10 were lower, and Th17 cells percentage was higher in patients with severe coronary atherosclerosis(P<0.05).Conclusion: The degree of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease may relate with the imbalance of Treg/Th17 ratio
