Abstract:

目的:测定非小细胞肺癌组织中Slug蛋白、E?哺起さ鞍椎谋泶锼?平,探讨二者与肺癌预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测68例非小细胞肺癌及30例癌旁组织中Slug蛋白、E?哺起さ鞍椎谋泶锴榭觥7治?2种蛋白表达与临床病理特征及无进展生存期的关系。结果:非小细胞肺癌组织中Slug蛋白、E?哺起さ鞍椎谋泶镉氚┡宰橹?中的表达相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Slug蛋白、E?哺起さ鞍椎谋泶锞?与非小细胞肺癌的TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中Slug蛋白与E?哺起さ鞍椎谋泶锍矢合喙兀?rS=-0.228,P=0.010)。Slug蛋白阳性表达的患者无进展生存期为11个月,阴性表达的患者为17个月,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036);E?哺起さ鞍籽粜员泶锏幕颊呶藿?展生存期为13个月,阴性表达的患者为11个月,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:Slug蛋白、E?哺起さ鞍自诜切∠赴?肺癌的进展过程中起重要作用,两者可能存在相互作用,且与患者无进展生存期密切相关,可作为判断非小细胞肺癌预后的标志物。
Aim: To investigate the expressions of Slug and E??cadherin and the relationship with the prognosis in non??small??cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: The expressions of Slug and E??cadherin in 68 specimens of NSCLC and 30 specimens of adjacent normal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship among the two kinds of protein expression and clinical pathological parameters and progression free survival(PFS) were analyzed. Results: There were significant difference in the expressions of the two proteins between the lung cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue(P<0.001). The expressions of Slug and E??cadherin proteins were closely related with TNM stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The expression of Slug was negatively correlated with that of E??cadherin(rS=-0.228,P=0.010). The PFS of patients with positive expression of Slug protein was 11 months, while patients with negative expression was 17 months. and the difference was significant(P=0.036). The PFS of patients with positive expression of E??cadherin protein was 13 months, while patients with negative expression was 11 months,and the difference was significant(P=0.003). Conclusion: Slug and E??cadherin play important roles in the development of NSCLC, which are closely related with the PFS of NSCLC patients. They might be used as biomarkers in judging the prognosis of NSCLC
