2013至2015年河南省法定传染病疫情分析
Analysis of legal communicable diseases epidemic situation from 2013 to 2015 in Henan Province

目的:分析河南省2013至2015年法定传染病的发生、发展及变化规律。方法:用Excel对河南省卫生和计划生育委员会来源的2013至2015年法定传染病报告疫情资料进行整理和统计,用描述性流行病学进行分析。结果:2013至2015年河南省法定传染病总报告发病数1 241 474例,总报告死亡数4 219例,年发病率438.807 4/10万,年死亡率1.491 2/10万。 甲乙类传染病报告发病699 230例,年发病率247.147 6/10万,丙类传染病报告发病542 244例,年发病率191.659 8/10万。发病前3位的传染病是手足口病(共发病279 138例,年发病率98.663 2/10万),乙肝(共发病227 354例,年发病率80.359 8/10万)和肺结核(共发病216 943例,年发病率76.680 0/10万)。结论:河南省传染病防控重点是手足口病、乙肝、肺结核等。
Aim: To analyze the occurrence,development, change process of legal communicable diseases from 2013 to 2015 in Henan Province.Methods: Excel and descriptive epidemiological method were used to clean and analyze epidemic data of legal communicable diseases from 2013 to 2015 of Henan Province.Results: The number of legal communicable diseases reported in nearly three years was 1 241 474 cases with the average annual incidence of 438.807 4/105. A total of 4 219 death cases were reported with the average annual mortality of 1.491 2/105. A total of 699 230 cases of category A and B communicable diseases were reported cumulatively, and the annual average incidence was 247.147 6/105. For category C notifiable communicable diseases,542 244 cases were reported, with an annual average incidence of 191.659 8/105. The main infectious diseases were hand-foot- mouth disease(279 138 cases, with the average annual incidence of 98.663 2/105), hepatitis B(227 354 cases, with the average annual incidence of 80.359 8/105),and tuberculosis(216 943 cases,with the average annual incidence of 76.680 0/105).Conclusion: It should be payed more attention to the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease, hepatitis B, and tuberculosis in Henan Province
