特发性弱精子症患者精子中SEPT7的表达*
Expression of SEPT7 in sperms from patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia

目的:检测特发性弱精子症患者精子中SEPT7的表达。方法:正常对照组30例,特发性弱精子症组30例(弱精子症组),采用密度梯度离心法收集精子,分别采用RT-PCR和Western blot检测精子中SEPT7 mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,弱精子症组精子中SEPT7 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平均降低(P均＜0.001)。结论:SEPT7的表达水平降低可能影响精子活力。
Aim: To investigate the expression of SEPT7 in sperms from patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia.Methods: Thirty patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia and 30 normal controls were collected.The sperm were collected by density gradient centrifugation, and the expression levels of SEPT7 mRNA and protein were determined by RT-PCR and Western blot,respectively.Results: The expression levels of SEPT7 mRNA and protein in idiopathic asthenozoospermia group were obviously lower than those of normal control group(P＜0.001).Conclusion: The decreased expression of SEPT7 may affect sperm motility
