郑州在校大学生患病及医保报销状况调查
Status quo of incidence and medicare reimbursement among college students in Zhengzhou City

目的:了解郑州在校大学生患病及医保报销情况,以期发现大学生就医报销制度中存在的问题。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取郑州东大学城7所高校的学生,发放自行设计的“高校大学生医保现状及其影响因素调查表”。结果:①被调查大学生两周患病率为14.1%,1 a住院率为3.1%。②被调查大学生患病后就诊的医疗机构主要是校医院。③被调查大学生的参保率为62.1%; 参保大学生中就医后进行医保报销的仅有19.4%,报销过的大学生中还有多达86.7%的不清楚自己的实际报销比例; 未进行医保报销的原因主要是不了解报销程序或认为报销程序复杂。结论:大学生就医报销的比例较低。要落实大学生医疗报销政策,让更多大学生享受到医保的实惠,必须要加强对医保信息的宣传,提高报销的实际比例,简化报销程序。
Aim: To realize the current quo of health condition and medicare reimbursement among college students and find the problems exist in regulation of medicare, and then put forward some relevant suggestion.Methods: Make a questionnaire survey to college students of 7 university in Zhengzhou.Results:The prevalence in two weeks among college students is 14.1% and 1 year hospitalization is 3.1%. Besides, grade, economic factors and school categorize have some association with the health condition of students.Most students attend to school doctor after illness.Attending insurance rate among college students is 62.1%, while only 19.4% use medicare reimbursement, besides, 86.7% of them did not know the reimbursement rate.Conclusion: Attending insurance rate among college students is relative low. The rigor of the reimbursement process is an important factor for it. Government should enlarge propagation, increase the proportion of reimbursement and simplify the process
