尖锐湿疣组织中Bad和增殖细胞核抗原蛋白表达的检测

Abstract:
目的:探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中促凋亡蛋白Bad和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及其可能意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测53例CA和28例正常包皮上皮组织中Bad和PCNA蛋白的表达情况。结果:53例CA组织中Bad和PCNA蛋白的阳性表达率分别为69.8%(37/53)和86.8%(46/53),而在正常包皮上皮组织中的阳性表达率均为28.6%(8/28)和39.3%(11/28),CA组织中Bad和PCNA阳性表达强度均在?丁???,而包皮上皮组织中Bad和PCNA阳性表达强度均在+~??; CA和正常包皮上皮组织中Bad、PCNA蛋白的表达强度差异有统计学意义(ZBad=3.805,ZPCNA=5.426,P<0.001)。CA组织中Bad和PCNA蛋白的表达呈正相关(rP=0.134,P=0.325)。结论:Bad和PCNA蛋白的过表达可能对CA的发生和发展有一定的促进作用。
Aim: To investigate the expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bad and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in condyloma acuminatum(CA)tissue and its relationship with the pathogenesis of CA.Methods: The expression of Bad and PCNA in 53 cases of CA and 28 cases of normal epithelium tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results: The positive rates of Bad and PCNA in CA tissue were respectively 69.8%(37/53)and 86.8%(46/53)and were 28.6%(8/28)and 39.3%(11/28)in normal epithelial tissue. The expression intensity of Bad and PCNA in CA tissue was obviously higher(??-??)than that in normal epithelium tissue(+-??).The difference in expression intensity of Bad and PCNA between the two groups was statistically significant(ZBad=3.805,ZPCNA=5.426; P<0.001). In addition, there was no significant correlation between the expression of Bad and PCNA in CA group(rP=0.134,P=0.325).Conclusion: The overexpression of Bad and PCNA may be associated with the occurrence and development of CA
