Abstract:

摘要目的:观察骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)在子宫内膜损伤小鼠子宫内膜中的定位,初步探讨MSCs移植用于小鼠子宫内膜损伤后修复的可行性。方法:采用热损伤的方法建立小鼠子宫内膜损伤模型,随机分为MSCs组和对照组,每组15只。将体外分离培养的雄性小鼠MSCs经尾静脉联合宫腔内局部注射植入MSCs组小鼠体内,对照组注射等体积的PBS。通过对移植后子宫内膜组织的SRY DNA原位杂交来定位源自雄性供体的细胞。结果:MSCs组小鼠损伤侧子宫内膜组织中有SRY阳性细胞的定植,对照组小鼠则未见SRY阳性细胞。结论:MSCs可定植于子宫内膜损伤小鼠的子宫内膜组织。
AbstractAim: To study the feasibility of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) repairing murine uterine endometrial damage. Methods: Mouse uterine endometrial damage models were made by heat injury and randomly allocated into MSCs group and control group, 15 in each group. Bone marrow MSCs were transplanted into MSCs group by intrauterine and intravenous injection. The control group was injected with the same amount of PBS. In situ hybridization was used to observe the expression of SRY??positive cells in the uterine endometrial tissue. Results: It was shown that the MSCs group appeared colonization of the SRY??positive cells in the uterine endometrium tissue, while the control group did not. Conclusion: The bone marrow MSCs could locate in the mouse damaged uterine endometrial tissue
