寻常型银屑病皮损组织中Nestin、NF-κBp65及STAT3蛋白的表达
Expressions of Nestin,NF？拨？Bp65 and STAT3 in psoriatic lesion of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的：比较寻常型银屑病皮损组织与正常皮肤组织中Nestin、NF？拨？Bp65和STAT3蛋白表达的差异。方法：应用免疫组化技术检测14例寻常型银屑病皮损和14例正常皮肤标本组织中Nestin、NF？拨？Bp65 和STAT3蛋白的定位及表达水平。结果：Nestin蛋白定位于表皮基底层个别干细胞的胞质内，NF？拨？Bp65和STAT3蛋白定位于表皮基底细胞和棘层细胞的胞核及胞质。寻常型银屑病皮损组织中Nestin［（167.51±12.93） vs （114.38±10.85）］、NF？拨？Bp65［（127.48±13.87） vs （101.27±10.15）］和STAT3［（196.34±10.70） vs （124.63±19.93）］蛋白的表达水平均高于正常皮肤组织，差异有统计学意义（t=12.977,6.288,13.072；P均<0.001）。寻常型银屑病患者皮损组织和正常皮肤标本组织中NF？拨？Bp65与STAT3蛋白表达均呈正相关（r=0.960和0.829，P均<0.001）。结论：寻常型银屑病皮损组织中Nestin、NF？拨？Bp65和STAT3蛋白表达水平较高，抑制它们的表达可能是治疗该病的有效手段。
Aim: To compare the expression levels of Nestin, NF？拨？Bp65 and STAT3 in psoriatic lesions and normal samples. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to determine the expressions of Nestin, NF？拨？Bp65 and STAT3 in 14 psoriatic lesions and 14 normal samples. Results: The Nestin was located in the cytoplasm of respective stem cells in the basic cell layer, while that of NF？拨？Bp65 or STAT3 was located in nuclei and cytoplasm in some basic layer cells and prickle layer cells. The expression levels of Nestin, NF？拨？B and STAT3 in psoriatic lesions were significantly higher than that in the normal samples［Nestin（167.51±12.93) vs (114.38±10.85），NF？拨？Bp65（127.48±13.87) vs （101.27±10.15） and STAT3（196.34±10.70) vs （124.63±19.93）, t=12.977,6.288,and 13.072，all P<0.001］. There was positive correlation between NF？拨？Bp65 and STAT3 in psoriatic lesions and normal samples(r=0.960 and 0.829,P<0.001). Conclusion: The expression levels of Nestin,NF？拨？B and STAT3 are significantly higher in psoriatic lesion, and inhibiting their expressions may be valid manipulation for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris
