Abstract:

摘要目的:探讨经皮冠状动脉封堵法建立中华小型猪急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型的可行性,并观察血清心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H??FABP)的动态变化规律。方法:16头中华小型猪全麻后Seldinger法穿刺右侧股动脉,行冠状动脉造影后经微导管注入明胶海绵封堵钝缘(OM)支。分别检测术前,术后0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、6.0、8.0、10.0、12.0、24.0和48.0 h等时间点血清H??FABP水平。 结果:15头中华小型猪均成功栓塞OM支,AMI后心电图呈ST段弓背向上抬高表现,说明造模成功。血清H??FABP水平于AMI后0.5 h开始升高,8.0 h达到峰值,24.0 h后逐渐回落至正常(F=4.460,P<0.001)。 结论:经皮冠状动脉内明胶海绵封堵法制备中华小型猪AMI模型实用性强;通过监测AMI后H??FABP的血清浓度动态变化,可为AMI患者的极早期诊治提供参考。
AbstractAim: To evaluate the mean of percutaneous coronary occlusion to establish Chinese mini??swine acute myocardial infarction(AMI) model,and observe dynamic change of serum heart??type fatty acid??binding protein(H??FABP). Methods: The obtuse marginal(OM) branch of 16 Chinese mini??swines were blocked by gelatin sponge via microcatheter under general anesthesia through Seldinger right femoral artery puncture after coronary angiography. Serum H??FABP concentrations before AMI and at the 0.5,1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0, 10.0, 12.0, 24.0 and 48.0 h after AMI were determined. Results: The OM branches of 15 Chinese mini??swines were successfully blocked.Serum H??FABP began to increase 0.5 h after operation, and reached the peak after 8.0 h,and then gradually fell back to normal after 24.0 h. Conclusion: It is practical to copy mini??swine AMI model by percutaneous coronary occlusion. Monitoring the serum H??FABP concentrations can provide clinical data for early diagnosis and treatment of patients with AMI
