徐州市高校大学生医疗保险意识现状及影响因素分析
Status and influential factors of medical insurance consciousness of university students in Xuzhou

目的：探讨徐州市高校大学生医疗保险意识现状及其影响因素，为提高大学生医疗保险意识提供依据。方法：采用分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取徐州市1 645名在校大学生，采用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果：调查对象参保情况为：参加城镇居民基本医疗保险者占54.6%，未参加者占15.3%，不知道是否参加者占30.1%；参加新型农村合作医疗保险者占50.1%，未参加者占27.3%，不知道是否参加者占22.6%。医疗保险意识强者占79.7%；单因素分析显示是否有宗教信仰、是否喜欢运动、父母亲职业类型、两周内是否患病及是否获得学校宣传教育是大学生医疗保险意识的影响因素；多因素分析显示：医疗保险意识的危险因素主要有父亲职业类型是务农［OR（95%CI）=2.372（1.216~4.630）］、两周内未患病［OR（95%CI）=1.711(1.256~2.330)］、有宗教信仰［OR（95%CI）=1.669(1.171~2.377)］，保护因素主要有女性［OR（95%CI）=0.765（0.588~0.996）］、母亲职业类型是事业单位［OR（95%CI）=0.407(0.227~0.729)］和务农［OR（95%CI）=0.394(0.206~0.754)］（P＜0.05）。结论：徐州市高校大学生医疗保险意识不强，影响因素复杂；需大学生自身、学校以及政府共同努力来提高其医疗保险意识。
Aim: To discuss the status and the influential factors of the medical insurance consciousness of university students in Xuzhou so as to provide evidence for the improvement of the medical consciousness of university students. Methods: Totally 1 645 university students in Xuzhou were selected with stratified random cluster sampling method. And the surveys were conducted by questionnaires homemade. Results: Those students participated in the basic medical insurance for urban residents, those not participated in the insurance and others accounted for 54.6%, 15.3% and 30.1%, respectively. Those participated in the new rural cooperative medical insurance, those not participated in the new rural cooperative medical insurance and others accounted for 50.1%, 27.3% and 22.6%, respectively. Those with strong medical consciousness accounted for 79.7%; single factor analysis showed that whether having religious beliefs, whether liking sports, professions of parents, whether suffering from disease within 2 weeks and whether having access to school education were the factors that affected the medical insurance consciousness of university students. Multivariate analysis indicated that father′s occupation was farming, not suffering from diseases within 2 weeks,religious beliefs were the main risk factors of medical insurance consciousness［OR（95%CI）=2.372（1.216-4.630）,1.711(1.256-2.330),and 1.669(1.171-2.377),P＜0.05］, and female,the mother′s occupation was public sector employee or farming were protective factors［OR（95%CI）=0.765（0.588-0.996），0.407(0.227-0.729)，and 0.394(0.206-0.754),P＜0.05］. Conclusion: The medical insurance consciousness of university students in Xuzhou is low and is affected by complex factors. The efforts of society, university, and the students should be combined to improve the medical insurance consciousness of university students
