口腔扁平苔藓患者口腔黏膜超微结构特征和细胞凋亡检测
Features of ultra microstructure and change of cell apoptosis in oral membrane from patients with oral lichen planus

目的：观察口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）患者口腔黏膜超微结构的特征以及病损区细胞凋亡的变化，探讨OLP的发病机制。方法：应用透射电镜技术观察OLP患者和正常对照口腔黏膜超微结构，应用流式细胞术检测上皮细胞的凋亡。结果：透射电镜下可见OLP患者口腔黏膜凋亡细胞增多，染色质边聚，并见凋亡小体。OLP患者病变组织上皮细胞的凋亡细胞百分率为（30.06±4.56）%，高于正常对照［（7.70±0.69）%］（t=15.392,P<0.001）。结论：细胞凋亡异常在OLP 的发生过程中有重要作用。
Aim: To evaluate the features of ultra microstructure and cell apoptosis in the oral membrane from patients with oral lichen planus(OLP), and investigate the pathogenesis of OLP．Methods: Transmission electron microscope(TEM) was used to observe the change of ultra microstructure of oral membrane from patients with OLP. Flow cytometry was used to study the apoptosis of the epithelial cells. Results: TEM showed that there were increased apoptosis cells and chromatin margination in oral membrane from patients with OLP, and apoptotic bodies came into being. The apoptosis percentage was （30.06±4.56）% in OLP group,higher than that ［（7.70±0.69）%］ in control group(t=15.392,P<0.001). Conclusion: The abnormal apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of OLP
