郑州地区正常人群血清炎症细胞因子参考值范围测定
Reference value of serum inflammatory cytokines in normal population from Zhengzhou

目的:检测郑州地区正常人群血清炎症细胞因子水平,计算参考值范围,为炎症相关疾病的细胞因子检测奠定基础。方法:收集郑州大学第一附属医院体检中心认定健康,16～77岁,无急、慢性疾病及传染病,无特殊元素接触史的健康成人100名,抽取空腹外周血,采用流式细胞术微球阵列法多因子检测技术定量检测多种炎症细胞因子水平。结果与结论:得到郑州地区正常人群炎症细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10及IL-17A等的参考范围,不同性别及年龄分布的人群中以上因子的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本次检测结果为日后炎症因子相关疾病的研究奠定了基础。
Aim: To measure the levels of inflammatory cytokines in normal population of Zhengzhou and calculate the reference values of each cytokine, in order to lay a foundation for later study of disease.Methods: The fasting peripheral blood of 100 clients who had been identified healthy, 16～77 years old, had no acute or chronic disease, or infectious disease, and had no history of special element contact by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected,and the level of each inflammatory cytokine was determined by cytometric beads array.Results and Conclusion: The reference values of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-17A in normal population of Zhengzhou were obtained,and there is no statistic difference between different gender or age(P>0.05), which lays a foundation for the follow-up research of inflammatory cytokine related disease
