Abstract:

目的:检测多系统萎缩(MSA)患者皮肤组织中泛素(Ub)和α?餐淮ズ说鞍妆泶锏谋浠?,探讨泛素蛋白酶体系统在MSA发病机制中的作用。方法:收集5例MSA患者及8例正常对照的皮肤标本,采用免疫组化法和Western blot方法分别检测Ub及α?餐淮ズ说鞍椎南赴?定位及表达情况。结果:与正常对照组相比,MSA患者皮肤表皮层中Ub[(0.021±0.006) vs (0.429±0.009)]及α?餐淮ズ说鞍祝郏?0.035±0.015) vs (0.111±0.021)]的表达均上调(t=3.974和3.321,P<0.05)。结论:泛素蛋白酶体系统可能参与了MSA的发病。
To study the function of ubiquitin and α??synuclein in multiple system atrophy(MSA) patients by the skin biopsy,and to explore the role of ubiquitin proteasome system in the pathogenesis of MSA. Methods: The samples included 5 MSA patients and 8 normal controls. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expressions of ubiquitin and α??synuclein in skin tissue. Results: Compared with normal control group,the expressions of ubiquitin[(0.021±0.006) vs (0.429±0.009)] and α??synuclein[(0.035±0.015) vs (0.111±0.021)] in the skin epidermal layer of MSA group were raised(t=3.974,3.321;P<0.05).Conclusion: Ubiquitin proteasome system may be involved in the pathogenesis of MSA
