农村大龄未婚男性的性风险及其影响因素： 基于KAP的实证分析

Abstract:
基于知识态度行为理论，利用“农村大龄男性生殖健康和家庭生活调查”的调查数据，对受到婚姻挤压的农村大龄未婚男性的性风险及其影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，农村大龄未婚男性中存在较高的性风险，他们的艾滋病知识知晓率比较低。Logistic回归分析证实，性观念是影响性风险的显著因素，但艾滋病知识与性风险之间的是虚假相关，二者之间的相关是由于看黄行为引起的。
Based on the theory of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP), using data from the survey of "Rural Older Males Reproductive Health and Family Life", this study analyzes the sexual risk behaviors and their factors among rural forced male bachelors. Results show that compared with rural married males, rural forced male bachelors are facing higher sexual risks and their scores of HIV/AIDS knowledge are lower. Logistic regression suggests that sexual attitude is a significant factor to sexual risks among rural forced male bachelors. The correlation between AIDS knowledge and sexual risks is spurious, for it is caused by watching pornographic video
