新型职业农民的职业精神及其构建
The New Professional Farmers′ Professionalism and Its Construction in China

现代农业的发展理念赋予了农民新的使命与责任，而新型职业农民群体职业精神的形成与提高，是现代农业发展不可或缺的重要因素，包括诚实守信、爱农敬业、责任与奉献等基本内容。对新型职业农民职业精神的培养，可通过人才选拔、农业实践、教育和社会氛围营造等途径来实现，这尚是一个需要在实践中坚持探索的新问题。
New professional farmers are the dominant force in the construction of modern agriculture, and the idea of modern agriculture gives them new mission and responsibility. Hence cultivating new professional farmers becomes an indisapensable factor in the development of modern agriculture. Farmers′ professionalism includes honesty, love and respect of farmers work, responsibility and dedication as its basic contents. This paper suggests that the cultivation of farmer professionalism can be realized by talents selection, agricultural practice, education and social atmosphere though it is a new problem which needs to be continuously explored and improved in practice
