贫困大学生就业能力研究 ――以地方本科高校为例
Study on Employment Ability of Impoverished College Students ―Take Local Colleges for Example

调查了贫困和非贫困大学生就业能力现状，结果发现：在总体水平上，贫困大学生的就业能力水平显著低于非贫困大学生；在就业能力维度上，贫困大学生的社会实践能力和求职能力的得分都显著低于非贫困大学生，在职业道德上，贫困大学生的得分显著高于非贫困大学生；在同等的大学教育环境下，大学教育对培养贫困大学生就业能力的影响效果显著好于非贫困大学生。
This paper explores how family backgrounds affect student employment ability by comparing impoverished students with non-impoverished students. Results show that impoverished students have significantly lower employment ability than non-impoverished students, as evidenced in practical skills and job-hunting strategies, although occupational morality is higher for the former than the latter. Also, in the same educational environment, the effect of college education on the cultivation of employment ability is significantly stronger for impoverished students than non-impoverished students
