财政支农对农民人均纯收入影响效应分析：1981-2013 ――基于陕西省县际多维要素面板数据的实证
The Analysis on Effect of Financial Support for Agriculture to Farmers per Capita Net Income：from 1981 to 2013 ―Based on the Multidimensional Elements Panel Data of Counties in Shaanxi Province

从新经济增长及新经济地理增长理论研究视角，采用县际面板数据模型方法，结合陕西省区域经济发展实际，选取多项影响农民收入增长指标，测算了多维要素协同作用对农民人均纯收入增长的效应，检验结果显示：1981-2013年陕西省劳动力、农村人力资本、财政支农、农村交通基础设施等因素对农民人均纯收入有正向促进效应，财政支农的正向促进效应最为显著，长期以来，财政支农成为影响农民人均纯收入增长的一个重要因素。
This paper calculated the multidimensional elements synergistic effect on farmers per capita net income growth by using the panel data model, selecting the index that effect the peasant income growth combined with the actual development of regional economy in Shaanxi Province from the perspective of the new economic growth and new economic geography theories. The test results showed that the labor force, the rural human capital, financial support for agriculture, rural transport infrastructure and other factors had positive effects on per capita net income of farmers from 1981 to 2013 in Shaanxi Province, and the positive effect of the financial support is the most predominant one. For a long time, the financial support for agriculture has become one of the important factors to influence farmers per capita net income growth
