西部农村居民卫生服务需求与利用及影响因素分析 ――以陕西省陈仓区为例
Demand and Utilization of Health Services and Influencing Factors among Western Rural Residents ―Take Chencang District in Shaanxi Province as An Example

指出中国农村居民“看病难、看病贵”现象背后所反映的突出问题是农村居民卫生服务需求与利用程度不足；根据国际卫生服务通用指标和学者研究，将卫生服务需求与利用的指标分解为年住院率、两周患病未就诊比例、半年内慢性病就诊率、两周就诊率，在此基础上对陕西省陈仓区农村居民卫生服务需要及利用展开实证研究；分析其相关影响因素；认为应根据不同人群的特点，有针对性的预防和治理两部农村居民的卫生服务需求，以期为改善陕西省及整个西部农村卫生服务需求与利用状况提供依据。
The present phenomenon of "difficulty and high expense in medical treatment" for our country′s rural residents reflects a serious problem：rural residents′ health service demand and utilization degree is insufficient. According to the international general indicators′ and scholars′ research, this paper divides health service demand and utilization indicators into the following categories：hospitalization rates within twelve months, rates of non-consultation and consultation within two weeks respectively, and the consultation rates of chronic diseases within half a year. On the above basis, we made an empirical study on the rural residents′ health service demand and utilization in Chencang District of Shaanxi Province. Based on the understanding of the current situation, this paper analyzes the related factors, and provides the foundation for the improvement of rural health services and utilization in Shaanxi province and the whole western areas
