小集团指标及其在中小企业员工社会网络中的应用

Abstract:
为了探测中小企业员工社会网络中的小集团现象,在小集团EI指数与模块性Q指标之间关系分析的基础上,引入模式识别中的ARI指标来测度小集团关系的多重性问题。同时基于中国四家中小型高新技术企业的员工社会网络数据,包括以工作关系网络为代表的正式网络和以社会交往为代表的非正式网络,分析了企业员工的互动关系在小集团结构上的差异。结果表明小集团现象是广泛存在的,并且在不同的网络中体现出了不同的特征。
To detect the ′cliques′ phenomenon in employees′ social networks in small and medium-sized enterprises,ARI(Adjusted Rand Index) index from pattern recognition is introduced to measure the overlapping of cliques,based on the analysis of relationship between EI (External/Internal links) index and modularity Q index. Besides,employees′ social networks,including formal network represented by working relation network and informal network represented by social interaction network,of 4 Chinese small-sized high technology enterprises are used to analyze the difference of cliques structure of interactive relationship of employees.The results indicate that the ′Cliques′ phenomenon is popular but performs different characters in different networks
