On the Three Cornerstones of Chinese Youth Leadership Development ―The Sociological Analysis of Youth Characteristic, Social Responsibility and Relationship Network

通过从社会化过程、社会关系网络、社会资本理论等视角对青年领导力进行梳理，从而提出以青年特质、社会责任与关系网络为基础的青年领导力发展模型,并进一步探讨青年领导力培养的独特性及建立一套适应青年群体成长规律和特点的领导力模型。
It is necessary for us to further investigate the unique of the youth leadership training and establish a set of leadership model to adapt the youth population growth rules and characteristics. The paper is based on this, trying to discuss the youth leadership through the socialization process, social network and social capital theory, so as to put forward the youth leadership development model based on youth characteristic, social responsibility and relation network
