探讨了中国文化特点及世界价值的意义，在人类自然发展进程中，中国文化从未中断且具有独自的特点，丰富的优秀文化传统；中国人口众多，汉字优美，历史文化丰富，充满乐观主义情怀；中国文化有重视人，重视历史，辩证思维发达，理性的信仰盛行等特点；同时，阐析了西方文化中的悲观意识，期望中国在大力建设中国特色社会主义的伟大事业中，更好地发挥中国文化的世界价值。
The study mainly focuses on the characteristics of Chinese cultural and its world value. In the human civilization, Chinese culture has never been interrupted and has boasted with various unique features such as rich traditional history and culture, beautiful Chinese characters, huge population and full of optimism etc. Moreover, Chinese culture attaches great importance to history and people with highly developed dialectical thinking and prevailing rational belief. Meanwhile, pessimism in western culture is also analyzed in this study. Chinese culture is expected to bring its world value to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics
