建构与赋权：城市主流媒体中的农民工镜像
Construction and Empowerment:Migrant Workers Reported by Urban Mainstream Media

以农民工流入的代表性城市――东莞为主，考察了当地主流媒体的农民工报道，并分析农民工的社会认同与城市融入的话题；认为政府、政策主导、自上而下是东莞主流媒体的基本叙事逻辑，其中《东莞日报》《东莞时报》中的农民工更多呈现“被代言”的沉默者和“受惠”的弱势者形象；让农民工回归城市主体是大众媒体消除农民工与市民群体之间隔阂进而形成互相认同的关键,还原农民工为城市主体应是大众媒体报道的基本逻辑;农民工的媒介近用是赋权的过程，传播赋权对于农民工个体而言，是个人身份与社会角色之间的调适。
By investigating the reports on migrant workers published by the local mainstream media in Dongguan which is the representative city that many migrant workers go to,this paper analyzes the urban identity and urban integration of migrant workers. It turns out that the government,policy-driven and top-down processing are the basic narrative logics of Dongguan mainstream media,and migrant workers in "Dongguan daily","Dongguan times" are rendered more as an oyster who are "spoken for " and the powerless who are "benefited". So,on the basis of the findings,the paper suggests that to return to the urban subject is the key for mass media to eliminate the misunderstanding between migrant workers and urban residents groups before they come to mutual identification. It is the basic report logic for mass media to revivification that migrant workers are also the urban subject. The public access to the media of migrant workers is actually the empowerment process. Communication empowerment for individual migrant worker is the adjustment between individual identity and social role;while it is the foundation of multicultural city formation for the city development
