媒介融合视域下国家文化安全的再思考
Rethinking of National Cultural Security under the Background of Media Convergence

随着媒介融合时代的到来，国家文化安全问题日益凸显并备受关注，维护文化安全已成为刻不容缓的问题。为此，从外源到内发、从实体到虚拟、从精英到大众以及从单向到多维等层面对国家文化安全问题进行了分析和思考，构建国家主流文化，推进文化创新，提升文化自觉，成为文化安全的重要步骤；增强中国对外传媒力度，掌握国际话语权，增强文化自信，成为提升文化话语权的关键；强化对网络及新媒体的治理和引导，完善文化安全监督系统，成为当前刻不容缓的任务；提升大众媒介素养，加强新媒体建设成为当前国家文化安全必须采取的措施。
With the coming era of new media convergence, cultural security problem is increasingly highlighted and to be concerned. This paper analyzes the national culture security problem from the aspects of from the external source to internal power, physical to virtual, elite to mass and one-way to multidimensional. The author thinks the following measures must be taken to make the current national culture secure: to build national mainstream culture and to promote cultural innovation and enhance cultural consciousness；to enhance the strength of China′s foreign media, grasp the international voice and enhance self-confidence；to strengthen the network and new media governance and guidance，improve the cultural security supervision system；to enhance the public media literacy and strengthen the construction of the new media
