习近平总书记在最近的多次讲话中都特别强调了知识创新的重要价值。知识创新是人类社会发展的第一动力。从制度设计的层面来看，关键是要营造一个知识创新的良好生态环境。这就首先要建立尊重知识、尊重知识分子、尊重知识分子劳动的观念，并且要在相应的制度设计、管理方式、劳动报酬、评价方式、考核标准上体现出来并落到实处。
The general secretary Xi Jinping has particularly stressed the great value of knowledge innovation in the recent talks. The knowledge innovation is the first impetus for the development of human society. Seeing from the layer of institution design, the key is to build a benign ecological environment for knowledge innovation, which means that we should establish an idea of respecting knowledge, respecting intellectual and respecting the work done by intellectual.
