国有大型建筑企业控制力系统诊断研究

Abstract:
从复杂系统的角度，结合国有大型建筑企业集团总部控制特点，将国有大型建筑企业控制力分为目标控制力、结构控制力、功能控制力、资源控制力和机制控制力5个模块，并构建相应的模块指标体系和调研问卷，综合采用AHP法，主成分分析法和多级模糊评判法对5个模块控制力因子测度，整体构建建筑企业控制力系统诊断的逻辑步骤。
From the perspective of complex system, combined with the control characteristics of large state-owned construction companies headquarters, this paper divides the control force of large state-owned construction companies into five modules which are the target control, structure control, function control, resource control and mechanisms control as well, constructs the corresponding module index system and makes questionnaires. By applying the comprehensive AHP method, principal component analysis method and the multistage fuzzy evaluation method to measuring control factors of five modules, the paper designs logical procedures of construction companies control force system diagnosis in whole
