事业单位工作人员人口结构测算及发展趋势研究

Abstract:
以第六次人口普查数据和中国人才资源统计报告为基础，构建事业单位工作人员人口结构测算模型，并在此基础上进行实证研究；研究结果表明；中国事业单位退休总人口数将经历2022年以前缓慢增长，2023-2052年快速增长，2052年之后回归稳定三个阶段；至2052年，中国事业退休总人口数将达到2 000多万人，大约是2012年的2倍；进而提出完善事业单位养老制度、制定发展规划、完善相关法律法规等对策建议。
Based on the sixth census data and China′s talent resources statistical report, the public institution staff population structure calculation model has been instituted and validated. The research result shows that before 2022, the institution retirement will experience a low growth, from 2023 to 2052 it will be a rapid growth, and after 2052, it will return to stability. In 2052 the total population will reach more than 20 million, about two times that of 2012. Based on the above results, we proposed that we should perfect the pension system, formulate development planning, improve laws and regulations etc
