外媒“眼”中的中国及中国国际形象的塑造 ――以英国每日电讯报关于中国人在英消费报道为例
China′s National Image on the International Press and Shaping of China′s International Image ―A case Study:Report in the Daily Mail about Chinese Consumption in UK

阐述了国际媒体对中国国际影响力的评价倾向，并分析了其评价中的基本态度；认为占据国际优势话语权的外媒的涉华报道因受文化差异、意识形态差异等社会因素影响，对中国的新闻报道带有浓厚的意识形态色彩，以偏概全，从新闻选题、报道角度到报道词汇选择方面均附带有色眼镜；提出中国媒体应发出有影响的声音，既让世界认识真实的发展中的中国，也让中国了解真实的外部世界，提升民族自信。
With China′s rising international status, the Chinese related issues are followed closely by the foreign media which plays an important role in shaping China′s national image in the international community. But due to the differences in cultural background and the ideology, the fact may be skewed by the foreign media in the extent of topic selection, explanation and even the words selection. Therefore, this paper elaborates the tendency of foreign Press′s comments on China′s international influence and analyzes the basic attitude behind the comments. And finds out that the foreign media often ideologically prejudiced or overgeneralized. Finally, this thesis puts forward that China should make its own voice heard so as to let the international world know the real China. Meanwhile, China should know more about the outer world and enhance its self confidence
