组织参与对农民工集群行为的影响研究 ――基于X市农民工调查的实证分析
Association Involvement and Migrant Workers′ Collective Behavior ―An Empirical Study Based on Migrant Workers′ Investigation in City X

探讨组织参与对农民工参加集群行为的影响，以及正式组织和非正式组织参与的影响差异；指出组织参与为农民工参加集群行为提供支持，正式组织对农民工参与集群行为的约束作用并不显著，而非正式组织对农民工参与集群行为具有显著正向影响；认为加强农民工群体中的正式组织的建设，引导农民工的非正式组织的组织和发展，并建立有效沟通渠道是从根源上遏制农民工集群行为发生的有效方法。
This paper analyzes the impact of migrant workers′ association involvement on collective behavior, and the difference between formal and informal organizations. The research results show that association involvements provide support for migrant workers to participate in collective behaviors. Migrant workers who join the associations are more likely to participate in collective behavior. Formal associations have little significant constraints on migrant workers′ collective behavior, while informal associations have significant positive effect on migrant workers′ collective behavior. Therefore, strengthening the construction of formal associations, guiding the organization and development of informal associations, establishing effective communication channels and making proper use of organizations are the useful ways to prevent the collective behaviors thoroughly
