As an unfinished work, Ancient Regime and Revolution is just part of a larger logical frame. The specific thinking and writing habits of Tocqueville make it even less logical, which has not been thoroughly discussed before. In order to explore Tocqueville′s original intention, this study reconstructs the chapters of the book in logical or spatial-temporal order, and reinterprets the relevant parts with reference to the author′s discussion of the State-centered Theory
