基于雾霾治理的区域经济结构转型升级

Abstract:
近年来，中国北方城市秋冬季频繁出现的雾霾天气不仅对人们健康造成了极大的损害，同时也对本区域经济社会可持续发展的践行造成了障碍。基于雾霾天气的形成和中国社会经济发展现状，结合陕西省的产业结构、能源结构和消费结构，总结了形成雾霾天气的经济社会深层次原因，并从绿色发展和区域经济结构转型升级的视角，探究了综合治理雾霾和优化经济结构的方向，提出了新的发展路径和具体改进措施。
In recent years, the frequent haze weather phenomenon in northern cities in China not only threats the health of citizens, but also impedes the practice of sustainable economic development. Based on the current circumstances of haze weather and social economy development, combining current industrial structure, energy structure, consumption structure and economic development pattern, this essay analyzes the deep-seated social economy reason of haze weather forming. From the perspective of green development and regional economy structure upgrade, this essay explores the haze comprehensive governance of Shaanxi province and the direction of economic structure upgrade while brings up the new development direction and specific improvement measures at the same time
