论京津冀地区主导产业与空间结构的调整优化
On the Adjustment and Optimization of Leading Industries and Their Spatial Distribution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀地区整体经济实力强，但区域内各城市的产业发展水平参差不齐，产业结构存在较大差异。为促进区域协同发展，必须调整优化其产业的发展领域与空间布局，应在京津发展主轴、京唐秦发展带、滨海发展带和京保石发展带等发展轴带内重点构建战略性新兴产业和现代服务业等方面的产业合作机制，提高京津冀地区参与全球价值链的产业竞争力。
It is well known that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is economically powerful but the development level and the industrial structure vary enormously among those cities in this area. In order to promote the coordinated development of this region, we should adjust and optimize some vital development fields and spatial layout of industries, which means, great emphasis should be put on constructing the cooperative mechanism for strategic emerging industries and modern service industries among Beijing-Tianjin area, Beijing-Tangshan-Qinhuangdao area, Coastal area and Beijing-Baoding-Shijiazhuang area. Accordingly, we can promote the industrial competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for participating in the global value chains
