高能低就规避:社会网络收入效应的中介机制研究

Abstract:
社会网络研究者在长期争论社会网络的收入因果效应时,忽略了对社会网络入职收入效应中介机制的探讨;针对此问题研究发现,在城市劳动力市场求职过程中,社会网络具有高能低就规避效应,可促进人职匹配与低能高就,并通过此效应影响入职收入;认为社会网络收入效应具有双重品格,既通过人职匹配提高入职收入,改善劳动力市场效率,同时也通过低能高就提升收入,降低了市场竞争的公平性;指出通过制度创新,压缩人际网络所导致的低能高就现象,是劳动力市场体制改革的必然选择。
Having highly debated social networks′ effect on income for long time, researchers have ignored the mediation mechanism of effect of social networks on income. we find that social networks have the dual effect in the labor market of Chinese cities: either help the job seeker find a job matched with his/her abilities or enable him/her get the job beyond his/her abilities.The former will improve the efficiency of labor market by mediating mechanism of social networks, but the latter will reduce the justice of competitive in labor market. Therefore, it is our necessary choice in labor market reform to avoid the lower ability candidates up to high positions by compressing effect of social networks
