Abstract:

摘要:在过去的20年中,腹腔镜技术已被广泛用于结直肠癌的外科治疗。国外多中心大样本随机对照研究(RCT)或Meta分析及国内单中心病例对照研究表明,结肠癌腹腔镜结肠切除术与开放手术相比具有更好的短期疗效及相同的预后。然而,对于腹腔镜直肠癌手术仍存在诸多争议。近年来腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗获得了较大进展,如机器人技术、3D腹腔镜技术、结直肠癌并肝转移腹腔镜治疗等。本文通过回顾性分析,着重论述了腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗的现状和最新进展。
ABSTRACT: Laparoscopic techniques have been extensively used for the surgical management of colorectal cancer in the last two decades. Accumulated data have demonstrated that laparoscopic colectomy is associated with better short-term outcomes and equivalent oncologic outcomes when compared with open surgery. However, some controversies regarding the oncologic quality of mini-invasive surgery for rectal cancer exist. Meanwhile, great progress in colorectal surgery, such as robotic technology, 3D laparoscopic technique, and laparoscopic treatment of liver metastasis in colorectal cancer, has been made in recent years. In this article, we review the published data and mainly focus on the status quo of and latest advances in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer
