Abstract:

摘要:目的 探究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3(glypican-3)在肝癌组织中的表达及临床病理价值。方法 选取2014年3月至2016年7月于福建医科大学附属第一医院经病理学诊断为原发性肝癌的患者97例为肝癌组,60例健康志愿者入选对照组。免疫组织化学法检测所有研究对象的肝组织取材标本的MMP-9及glypican-3表达,并分析表达变化与肝癌临床特征间的关系。结果 肝癌组的MMP-9阳性率和表达评分分别为47.42%、(1.95±1.61)分,远远大于对照组的0(P<0.05)。肝癌组的glypican-3阳性率和表达评分分别为59.79%、(2.21±1.71)分,明显高于对照组的8.33%、(0.83±1.23)分(P<0.05)。肝癌组的MMP-9及glypican-3表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肝癌分化情况、有无肝癌癌栓,不具有统计学相关性(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-9可用做为肝癌患者早期检测指标,glypican-3在肝癌组织中高表达也有一定的检测意义。
ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and glypican-3 in primary liver cancer (PLC). Methods We selected 97 patients with primary liver cancer diagnosed as primary liver cancer in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2016 as the observation group and 60 health volunteers as the control group. All the subjects were examined by immunohistochemistry. The expressions of MMP-9 and glypican-3 in the two groups were determined to analyze the relationship between their expressions and clinical features of the patients in the observation group. Results The positive rate and expression score of MMP-9 in the observation group were 47.42% and (1.95±1.61) points, which were much higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The positive rate and expression score of glypican-3 in the observation group were 59.79% and (2.21±1.71) points, respectively, significantly higher than those in the control group (8.33%, 0.83±1.23)point (P<0.05). The expressions of MMP-9 and glypican-3 in the observation group were not significantly correlated with sex, age, tumor diameter, differentiation of liver cancer, and tumor thrombus of liver cancer (P>0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 can be used to detect early indicators of liver cancer patients while glypican-3 expression in liver cancer tissue has a certain significance
