Abstract:

为了减少信号交叉口内机动车与非机动车之间的冲突,在分析直行非机动车与右转机动车行为的基础上,提出了一种新的非机动车停车组织方法。该方法以现有的非机动车停车线提前法为原型,在原停车线后方加设第二条非机动车停车线和信号控制,从而形成两个非机动车停车等待区域,通过两个信号灯的错时开启使两个区域内的非机动车先后通行,让右转车能够利用两个非机动车群间的较大时间间隔通过冲突区域。以上海市曲阳路大连西路交叉口为例,通过Vissim仿真证明提出方法的合理性。研究结果表明,提出的方法适用于非机动车与右转机动车流量较大的进口道,在直行非机动车流量大于500辆/h的情况下,该方法可以有效减少机动车与非机动车之间的冲突,增加右转区域的安全可靠性和通行效率。
Aiming at alleviating conflicts at signalized intersection, a new approach to organize non??motor vehicles is proposed following the analysis of right??turn vehicles and straight non??motor vehicle behavior. Based on the traditional non??motor vehicle stop line preposed design, a stop line and a signal light behind the first stop line are added in this strategy, thus two stop areas for non??motor vehicles are formed. By staggering signal lights, non??motor vehicles in two areas pass through in turn, and in this way, right??turn vehicles pass through the conflict area at interval between two groups appearing. As an example, intersection of Quyang road and Dalianxi road is investigated. The strategy is verified to be rational by Vissim simulation. The result indicates that this strategy is suitable for the approaches having a large sum of right??turn vehicles and straight non??motor vehicles. When non??motor vehicle volume reaches above 500 per hour, this strategy enables to reduce traffic conflicts and heighten safety reliability and traffic efficiency in right??turn area
