凹版印刷基材烘干温度对张力的影响机理分析

Abstract:
为了提高凹版印刷中料带张力的控制精度,需要对凹版印刷中的张力模型进行深入研究,建立更加精确的张力模型,重点研究电子轴凹版印刷烘干温度对印刷部分张力系统的影响。首先根据质量守恒定律建立了包含温度因素的印刷部分张力模型,该数学模型首次考虑了干燥系统造成的料带温度不均匀分布状态;然后从系统输入和输出关系出发,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件对张力模型进行数值仿真,并在电子轴凹版印刷设备上进行实验研究,验证张力模型和数值仿真的正确性;最后分析了烘干温度对张力系统特性的影响规律。研究表明:烘干温度对张力系统稳态性能没有影响,而对系统的瞬态特性影响显著,瞬态过渡过程时间随着烘干温度增高而增长;在电子轴凹版印刷机工作条件下,烘干温度为60~80℃时,瞬态过渡过程时间相比于无干燥系统增长了41%~82%。该研究成果为电子轴凹版印刷张力系统和套准系统的理论研究提供了重要基础,有利于提高电子轴凹版印刷产品质量。
To improve the control accuracy of web tension in gravure printing, it is necessary to construct a more accurate mathematical tension model, where the effects of the drying temperature on web tension in shaft??less drive gravure printing process are considered. The tension model of printing section including temperature is derived following the law of mass conservation, in which the non??uniform distribution of the web temperature caused by the drying system is considered. Then, simulations with MATLAB/Simulink and experiments are carried out, and the effects of the drying temperature on the characteristics of web tension are obtained. The results show that the drying temperature exerts significant influences on transient web tension in printing section rather than on steady responses. In the transient responses, the settling time increases with the rising drying temperature. As the drying temperature is 60??80℃, the settling time in transient responses is about 41%??82% more than that without drying system under normal working condition
