论商业银行职业道德教育的生态性构建
The ecological construction of vocational moral education of commercial banks

银行是现代社会发展的经济枢纽，而商业银行则是这个枢纽的核心，其健康发展对于维护整个金融体系的稳定意义重大。自从20世纪90年代金融改革目标确定后，商业银行也加快了公司治理模式的转变，一定程度上导致银行道德风险不断出现。由于商业银行从业人员的职业道德缺失而造成的问题经常出现，究其原因是其从业人员的职业道德教育出现了问题。为此，文章拟利用生态学的循环、良性发展的观点以进行商业银行职业道德教育的生态性构建。构建这种生态性的职业道德教育体系就是要建立一种良性循环，促进从业人员职业道德教育体系建立，进而促进职业道德教育的发展并发挥实际作用。
Banks are the economic hub of modern social development,and commercial banks are the core of this hub,their healthy development is significant to the maintenance of the stability of the entire financial system.Since the setting of the financial reform goals in the 1990s,commercial banks have accelerated the transformation of corporate governance model,which also led to the emergence of moral hazard.Problems caused by lack of professional ethics of commercial bank employees often occur,and the reason lies in problems in vocational moral education of the employees.Therefore,this paper proposed an ecological construction of vocational moral education of commercial banks using the circulation and healthy development view of ecology.The construction of this kind of ecological moral education system is to establish a virtuous circle to promote employees' vocational moral education,so as to promote the development of vocational moral education and play a practical role.
