人才的网络测评与实证系统研究

Abstract:
在互联网逐渐普及的今天,人们越来越多地利用网络这个成本低、效率高的平台进行人才测评活动。文章以此为背景,分析了传统人才测评基础理论,介绍了网络人才测评现状,并研发了一套人才测评系统进行实证研究和应用,最后总结了目前网络人才测评存在的问题和未来发展趋势。
As the Internet gains popularity for its low cost and great convenience, more and more people are using it for talent assessment. Given this background, firstly, this paper analyzes the traditional theory of talent assessment and the current situation of Internet talent assessment. Secondly, a talent assessment system is empirically developed. Finally, problems and possible future development trends are discussed.
