高校学生干部选拔中的LGD模式探究

随着时代的发展，传统的面试模式已不能满足多样性人才选拔的需要，“领导小组讨论(LGD)”模式在面试中的应用越来越普及，融入了许多创新元素，逐渐发展成一个成熟的考察体系。在高校学生干部选拔工作中初露锋芒,同时也出现了一些与高校特点不相适应的问题，如小组划分、议题编选、评价标准、评估机制、人员分配等，需要结合学生工作的要求探究适宜的路径。
