基于专利计量的广东高水平大学科研竞争力评价研究

文章采用专利计量方法，对广东七所建设中的高水平大学的科研竞争力进行评价研究。项目研究主要从专利申请数量、年代分布、有效数、领域分布、专利转化率、被引率等方面进行多维探讨，最后对高校科研水平提升、科研评价体系的完善提出了相应建议。
In this paper, we use the method of patent measurement to evaluate the research competitiveness of the high level universities in Guangdong province. From the number of patent applications, the number of valid patents, research areas, patent conversion rate, etc., we study to improve the scientific research level, improve the scientific research evaluation system, and make recommendations to improve the University's intellectual property system more perfect.
