核心稳定训练动作中不同肌肉疲劳度的差异分析

Abstract:

本文通过采集 6 种核心稳定训练动作过程中的肌电信号,分析得出特定肌肉在不同动作下的疲劳状态。试验中,30 名受试者完成 6 种核心稳定训练动作,分别是平板支撑、仰卧双桥、仰卧单桥(左、右侧交替)和两点交叉支撑(左、右侧交替),每种动作持续 1 min,两种动作之间间隔 2 min。测量肌肉为身体左、右侧的竖脊肌、腹外斜肌、腹直肌、股直肌、股二头肌、胫骨前肌和腓肠肌。采用中位频率的斜率值表征肌肉的疲劳状态,结果显示,在完成核心训练动作过程中仰卧双桥和仰卧单桥能引起竖脊肌更大的疲劳,平板支撑引起腓肠肌的疲劳度较大,而腹直肌的疲劳度在平板支撑与其它 5 种动作之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在 6 种核心稳定训练动作中,所测肌肉左、右侧疲劳度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本研究所得结论,为核心稳定训练动作针对不同肌肉块的训练效果提供了量化指导
