Abstract:

tenascin-C(TNC)是一种细胞外基质糖蛋白, 在胚胎组织和肿瘤组织中高表达, 而在成熟组织中不表达或低表达。TNC在肿瘤转移过程中涉及多种复杂的信号通路, 通过与syndecan-4、整合素α5β1、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等相互作用, 对FAK和RhoA信号通路、Wnt信号通路及Notch信号通路进行调节, 从而影响上皮间质转化、肿瘤细胞黏附、侵袭、增殖和血管生成, 增强多种肿瘤侵袭和转移的能力。随着研究的深入, TNC在某些恶性肿瘤中可以用于评价患者预后或者作为转移的标志
