可吸入颗粒物在人体呼吸系统沉积的数值模拟与实验研究进展

Abstract:

可吸入颗粒物在人体呼吸系统沉积是很多呼吸系统和心血管疾病的主要诱因。通过建立计算机或体外实体模型研究颗粒物在呼吸系统内的沉积规律,对相关的疾病预防与治疗有着重要意义。本文将目前学者们对各种模型的上呼吸道及肺腺泡区的可吸入颗粒物沉积研究结果进行了总结分析,阐述了这些研究结果在疾病成因分析、吸入给药治疗等方面的应用。在此基础上,本文提出了现有研究存在的问题及应用局限性,并指出了未来重点研究方向,对于指导可吸入颗粒物沉积模拟、实验和应用方面进一步系统和深入的研究具有较大的参考价值
