推注速度对静脉曲张用泡沫硬化剂稳定性影响的实验研究

Abstract:

泡沫硬化疗法是治疗下肢静脉曲张的主要方法之一,了解泡沫稳定性的影响因素有助于减少治疗的副作用,达到最好的治疗效果。实验中选用5 mL注射器,液气比1:4,环境温度为20℃,进行了9组不同推注速度的实验。全程摄像,每组重复实验5次,对稳定性指标(析水时间、半衰期、泡沫半衰期体积量和析水率曲线)进行对比分析。结果显示,推注速度从100~275 mm/s逐渐增大时,泡沫的析水时间和半衰期呈现升高的趋势;高于275 mm/s之后,则呈下降趋势。析水时间最大差异高达340.0%,半衰期最大差异为118.8%。同时,由于压强随推注速度的增加而增大,使得二氧化碳溶解度增大,进而导致泡沫半衰期体积量减少。因此,采用Tessari法制备泡沫硬化剂时,推注速度对泡沫稳定性有显著的影响。随着推注速度增大,泡沫衰变机制由气体扩散为主变为排液为主,使得泡沫稳定性先增高后减小。研究结果显示275 mm/s为最佳推注速度
