5个月有创机械通气患者成功撤机一例并文献复习

Abstract:

目的提高对延迟撤机的认识。 方法回顾性分析1例5个月有创机械通气患者成功撤机的病例,并进行相关文献复习。 结果1例5个月有创机械通气患者,诊断为呼吸机相关性肺炎、Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、格林巴利综合征、低蛋白血症、贫血、电解质紊乱。经过控制感染、营养支持、心理疏导、逐步撤离呼吸机,最终成功。 结论延迟撤机相对困难,需要较长的时间,专业的治疗团队和专门的治疗场所。相关报道较少
