从三年文献回顾分析我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的氧疗现状

Abstract:

目的 通过文献检索调查和评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者氧疗情况。 方法 数据库检索 2013 年 1 月至 2015 年 12 月刊登在中华结核和呼吸杂志、中国实用内科杂志、中华老年医学杂志、中国老年医学杂志、中国呼吸与危重监护杂志、国际呼吸杂志、临床内科杂志、临床肺科杂志等 8 种期刊关于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重治疗的论著,调查氧疗实施情况。 结果 2013~2015 年 8 种期刊共刊登 70 篇慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重治疗的论文,其中 14 篇未提及患者是否进行氧疗,13 篇氧疗资料相对不全面,43 篇氧疗资料相对完整,未检索到有完整氧疗处方的文献。对氧疗后患者动脉血气进一步分析,结果显示存在给氧过高或氧疗不足的情况。 结论 临床对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者氧疗未予足够重视,需制定相关指南和临床路径指导和规范目标氧疗
