髓内钉胫距跟融合术并发症的研究进展

Abstract:

目的综述髓内钉胫距跟融合术相关并发症的发生原因、处理及预防方法,旨在提高对胫距跟融合术并发症的认识。 方法查阅近年髓内钉胫距跟融合术的相关文献,对其并发症相关内容进行综述分析。 结果髓内钉胫距跟融合术的并发症可分为术中和术后两大类,产生并发症的原因多种多样,针对不同并发症处理和预防方法也不同。 结论髓内钉胫距跟融合技术的进步提高了关节融合成功率,但手术并发症发生率仍较高,需要严格的术前评估、熟练的手术技术来预防
