陈旧性跟骨骨折的治疗进展

Abstract:

目的 对陈旧性跟骨骨折的治疗及进展进行综述。 方法 广泛查阅近年国内外陈旧性跟骨骨折治疗的相关文献,从病理解剖、分型、手术方法等方面进行总结分析。 结果 陈旧性跟骨骨折在临床上较为常见,其解剖改变是多方面的,因此其手术治疗方法呈多样性。除经典的切开复位内固定、关节融合及截骨矫形术式外,微创技术、外固定支架、3-D 打印等技术的应用越来越广泛,对陈旧性跟骨骨折不愈合的治疗也得到越来越多关注。 结论 陈旧性跟骨骨折的最佳治疗策略尚无定论,但近年来取得了长足发展。个体化治疗仍值得更深入研究,对于早期陈旧性跟骨骨折以及陈旧性跟骨骨折不愈合的治疗也需要进一步探讨
